Pancakes for breakfast

Pancakes is the easiest way for a quick breakfast or a quick snack. Frankly speaking, I don't have too much time, so I used ready-cooked cherry jam.

Ingredients:
  • 1 large egg 
  • 2 tbsp plain flour 
  • pinch of salt 
  • less than 1/2 tsp of baking powder 
  • less than 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • a bit of greek style yoghurt
  • cherry jam (or other fruit)
Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together. Fry on both sides in butter (pancakes will have a delicate, buttery taste), preferably under cover - it will be quicker - to blush.

 

 Put the jam on half the pancake, bend in half, pour the juice from the jam.

It's time for cooking!

My adventure with the cooking has started with baking cakes, cookies and making salads. I have never liked spending too much time in the kitchen, because I always have too little time but, unfortunately, want to eat a ...;) It's time to broaden horizons and enrich my culinary book for new categories, so I’m inventing from few weeks, looking for inspiration and trying new things.

And hence the idea for a blog!

I liked the chef. I saw that you can quickly and easily "conjure something from nothing." What’s more, imagine how much satisfaction can make hand-made ​​dishes ... :)

Of course, not the food a person lives, because in addition to recipes, I'll post interesting to me, and you might be interested.
